Announcement Regarding Company Name Change to Saitama Broncos Co., Ltd. and New Management Structure

Broncos20 Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "the Company"), the operator of the professional basketball team "Saitama Broncos," will change its company name and adopt a new management structure effective July 1, 2026.

The Saitama Broncos will continue growing together with the local community, and we sincerely appreciate your continued support and encouragement.

Regarding the Company Name Change

The professional basketball team "Saitama Broncos," which has Saitama City and Tokorozawa City as its home towns and will enter B.LEAGUE ONE starting in the 2026-27 season, has established partnership agreements with 10 municipalities (※1) and continues to strengthen its ties with the region. To further solidify the bond between the team and the community and to leap into the next stage of growth, we have decided to change the name of the operating company. The team name will remain unchanged as "Saitama Broncos."

(※1) A total of 10 municipalities: Saitama City, Tokorozawa City, Fujimino City, Sayama City, Kasukabe City, Fukaya City, Hasuda City, Hanyu City, Gyoda City, and Ina Town

Regarding the New Management Structure

Effective July 1, 2026, Haruhiko Arui will assume the position of Representative Director and President. Katsuyuki Kotake, who previously served as Representative Director and President, will continue as a Director, focusing on nurturing the next generation of basketball players through school operations and other community engagement initiatives.

Thank you always for your passionate support. As our club has now achieved the great dreams of "realizing a new arena" and "entering B.LEAGUE PREMIER," I am entrusting the leadership to Haruhiko Arui, our new president, whom I deeply trust. I will now dive into the front lines where my energy is most needed. I will pour my passion into our "Academy" (developing young talent)—the future treasure of our sport—and into our community-rooted activities that form the foundation of our club. Starting in the 2026-27 season, we will begin a new challenge on the stage of "B.LEAGUE ONE." (Biography of Haruhiko Arui)

Born August 30, 1979 (Showa 54) in Hyogo Prefecture.

Joined Mizuho Bank, Ltd. in 2002. After working at Deloitte Tohmatsu Financial Advisory Services Inc., Dwango Co., Ltd., and the Organization for Economic Development and Support, joined DIP Co., Ltd. in 2018. Currently serves as Managing Executive Officer and CFO at DIP Co., Ltd., overseeing Human Resources, General Affairs, Management Strategy, and Sports Entertainment Business. Appointed as Director of Broncos20 Co., Ltd. in 2025. Scheduled to assume the role of Representative Director and President of Saitama Broncos Co., Ltd. (current Broncos20 Co., Ltd.) in July 2026.
