[Bronco Billy] Spicy or Savory? Which will you challenge this year? BRONCO FIRE Part 2: 'Korean Gourmet Fair' to begin on June 23rd (Tue)!

Bronco Billy Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Nagoya, Aichi; President: Nobutaka Sakaguchi), which operates 148 Steakhouse Bronco Billy restaurants, will hold a 'Korean Gourmet Fair' for a limited time from June 23 (Tue) to July 20 (Mon) as the second installment of its 2026 summer 'BRONCO FIRE' spicy menu series.

■ BRONCO FIRE Part 2! This time, we are holding a 'Korean Gourmet Fair'!
In July 2025, we developed the spiciest menu in Bronco Billy history as the first installment of BRONCO FIRE, which customers across the country challenged. In 2026, the second installment of BRONCO FIRE will feature popular Korean cuisine. In addition to spicy menus comparable to last year, we have prepared savory spicy menus this year. We have designed the fair to be enjoyed by various customers through toppings, the Bronco Buffet, and the premium drink bar, in addition to the main menu.

The new spicy menu item, 'Bronco Uncle's Charcoal-Grilled Ganko Hamburger Steak with Spicy Buldak Sauce ~Mellow Cheese Topping!!~', combines our No. 1 popular Ganko Hamburger Steak with a spicy sauce featuring the explosive heat of Bhut Jolokia and Buldak (chicken). You can add up to three servings of mellow cheese to adjust the spiciness. Because this menu is so spicy—paired with side cabbage kimchi—it comes with a 'Micho Peach Lassi' using Micho peach flavor. The sweet and creamy taste softens the heat while providing a refreshing sensation perfect for the hot summer.

'Bronco Uncle's Charcoal-Grilled Ganko Hamburger Steak & Savory Spicy Yangnyeom-style Bili-Chicken' is a combo menu featuring our No. 1 Ganko Hamburger Steak and juicy Bili-Chicken (chicken steak) cooked in-store, tossed in a sweet and spicy Yangnyeom chicken sauce. The savory spicy Yangnyeom-style Bili-Chicken can also be ordered as an appetizer, allowing you to enjoy both spicy and savory menus at the same time.
