Seeking Talent
BRJ is challenging itself to reshape the very nature of regional transportation in Japan and accelerate those improvements through mobility, utilizing next-generation mobility technology to address the "transportation challenges" that continue to emerge across the country.
What we are facing is not the "demand" for transportation, but the "challenges" of transportation.
Population decline, an aging society, the surrender of driver's licenses, the cancellation or reduction of bus routes, and supply shortages due to a rapid increase in tourists.
The transportation challenges created by these factors are already becoming apparent all over Japan.
Currently, we have connections with over 100 local governments nationwide. Our business has expanded from micro-mobility to the autonomous driving sector, and the company has entered a growth phase.
BRJ is now in a phase where we must think on the ground, take action, and establish a business model to solve the difficult problem of "public transportation with no single correct answer." We are looking for colleagues who want to be in the heart of this change, face the reality of local communities, and seriously take on the challenge of rebuilding transportation in Japan.
