(Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director CEO: Kentaro Ogata) and Stamen Inc. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Taihei Onishi), will hold an online seminar on Friday, May 22, 2026, titled "'People and Organization Strategies' to Break Through Growth Barriers ~ Essential Recruitment, Retention, and Culture Penetration Techniques for IPO/M&A Phase Companies ~."

Background of the Seminar

Fundraising, IPO preparation, or organizational integration through M&A. In the phase of "corporate action" where companies achieve dramatic growth, managers invariably face the challenges of "people" and "organization."

So-called "growing pains" such as "difficulty acquiring high-class talent," "decreased engagement due due to rapid organizational expansion," and "ideals becoming hollow, failing to convey passion to the field," if left unaddressed, can become a brake on business growth.

In this seminar, three specialists from different fields will speak on the three indispensable pillars for overcoming these challenges: "proactive recruitment," "scientific retention," and "dissemination of passion." They will thoroughly explain specific practical know-how from multiple perspectives to maximize business impact.

Key Points of This Seminar

- Proactive measures to anticipate and resolve "organizational distortions" that occur before and after IPO/M&A
- Integrated strategic design that does not "fragment" recruitment, retention, and culture penetration
- The latest methods for moving the organization with emotion and data, conveying the management's "vision" to the entire company

Recommended for

- Executives (presidents) of growth companies
- CHROs or chief officers of human resources strategy
- Companies particularly in phases with frequent corporate actions such as fundraising, M&A, and IPOs
