Announcement Regarding the Appointment of a New Representative Director and President

Bracco Japan Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: 1-13-21 Minami-Ikebukuro, Toshima-ku, Tokyo, PMO Ikebukuro II) announces that Kohei Endo was appointed as Representative Director and President as of March 31, 2026.

After graduating from university, Kohei Endo began his career as a marketing consultant supporting healthcare companies. After obtaining an MBA from Duke University Graduate School in the U.S., he joined a medical device manufacturer and was involved in the reconstruction of struggling businesses. Most recently, he served as Japan Country Manager and oversaw the Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Mongolia regions at Integra LifeSciences.

Former Representative Director and President Tetsuaki Sakamoto retired from the board as of March 31, 2026.

Under the newly appointed Representative Director and President, our company will strive to contribute to the realization of "early detection of diseases through diagnostic imaging" by introducing new products and innovations to Japan.
