(Headquarters: Musashino City, Tokyo; Representative Director: Norifumi Sakamoto) will grand open 'Sapporo Soup Curry King Kichijoji Store,' a soup curry specialty restaurant from Sapporo, Hokkaido, on Saturday, May 23, 2026. To evolve soup curry, known as a 'local specialty of Hokkaido,' into an 'everyday option nationwide,' we are opening our first store in the Tokyo area. While carefully preserving the authentic taste, we will work hand-in-hand with local communities, tourism, and local producers to spread soup curry along with the unique charm of each region.

The heart of the flavor comes from our carefully crafted 'W soup.' A rich 'Cochon Soup' made by simmering thoroughly prepared chicken bones and pork knuckles with aromatic vegetables. This is combined with a luxurious 'Japanese-style Ichiban Dashi' made from kombu, dried sardines, and bonito flakes, achieving both lightness and depth.
Furthermore, by layering uniquely blended spices, we create an aromatic, never-tiring, gentle flavor that you'll want to eat every day.
