Boxies Launches "Yobo Agent" to Support Request Fulfillment with AI, Releasing Pharmacy-Specific Features as the First Phase

Boxies Inc. In addition, as the first phase of features, a "Support Function for Security Countermeasure Checklists in Pharmacies" to assist in preparing the necessary documentation for cybersecurity measures in pharmacies will be released on March 30 (Monday).

This function uses AI to interview pharmacies in a conversational format, organize the necessary information, and then assist in drafting documents such as BCP (Business Continuity Plan), operational management regulations, and checklist preparation materials, referencing materials from the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare and templates released by the Japan Pharmaceutical Association. AI will support the reduction of the burden on site staff who find it difficult to adapt publicly available documents to their actual situation or are unsure what to check.

In recent years, the importance of self-assessment of cybersecurity measures and document preparation in pharmacies has been increasing. 3. Final Decision by the User

The AI serves solely as an assistant; the premise is that each pharmacy will conduct the final confirmation, revision, and adoption decision.
