Boul'Mich Co., Ltd. (President: Makoto Kiyama) has launched 'Ginza Biscuit,' a cookie with a smooth mouthfeel, mellow sweetness, and a crispy texture, made using 'Honwakato'—a sugar produced solely from raw sugarcane grown in Okinawa Prefecture.

Sales began on Thursday, March 19, 2026, at the 'Tokyo Souvenir Center' (located at the Yaesu Underground Central Gate) in Tokyo Station, the gateway to Tokyo.

Amidst the increase in inbound tourism and foreign visitors, we have previously sold our new Ginza souvenirs, 'Ginza Waffle Sand' and 'Caramel Maple Financier,' at Tokyo Station, a location with high demand for souvenirs where many customers pass through via Shinkansen and trains.

The new 'Ginza Biscuit' features individually wrapped portions, making them easy to eat and share. At Tokyo Station, where many people pass through for business trips and sightseeing, there is a growing demand for 'shareable souvenirs' that are easy to distribute at workplaces and to business partners. This product meets those needs, offering a quantity suitable not only for sharing with family and friends but also for business scenes such as souvenirs for business trips or clients.
