BoulMich Co., Ltd. (Representative Director and President: Makoto Kiyama) will sequentially start selling new designs of its 'Peaceful Macaron', a macaron designed with the theme of SDGs Goal 10 'Reduced Inequalities' in collaboration with food art artist Izumi Kamoshida, from Friday, May 1st, at national department stores and station building specialty stores.
After a year of progress, Peaceful Macaron enters its second year.
The second-year Peaceful Macaron features six types of flowers symbolizing each of the four seasons, arranged in a heart shape as if gently nestling together. In the center, a white dove, a symbol of peace, is designed. The colors within the heart evoke the air and light of each season.

About Peaceful Macaron
Themed on SDGs Goal 10 'Reduced Inequalities',
this is an annual project that delivers feelings of 'thank you' through 'sweets' and 'art'. Various 'inequalities' exist in the world, such as gender, nationality, and economic disparity. We wanted to provide an opportunity to draw attention to social issues through the power of 'sweets' and 'art' by creating macarons that not only are 'cute' but also 'convey feelings'.
Recognizing diversity and respecting different backgrounds and values.
And handing over 'thank you' feelings in a visible form to someone.
Peaceful Macaron embodies such wishes in each one. We hope that a seed of gentle feelings will be sown in the hearts of those who receive a macaron, and that seed will lead to the next 'thank you'. In this way, we wish for the 'circle of gratitude' to spread little by little.
About this design
Peaceful Macaron May, June, July Design
Nemophila 'Success anywhere' / Lily of the Valley 'Happiness returns'
Clear blue and delicate white nestle together, bringing small courage for the future and gently returning happiness.
Hydrangea 'Family reunion' / Lavender 'Waiting for you'
Flowers blooming with overlapping colors gently embrace the bonds with loved ones and moments of peace.
Sunflower 'Admiration' / Dahlia 'Brilliance'
Strong gaze at the sun and noble beauty in full bloom lead to a future shining in one's own way.
The six flowers weave a story of hope: 'Courage → Happiness → Bonds → Peace → Admiration → Radiance.' We hope that the small flower messages contained in Peaceful Macaron will gently accompany the hearts of those who pick them up and softly illuminate the beginning of a new season. This is the sentiment put into their creation.
