**[Background and Purpose of the Project]**
In Saga Prefecture, while IT adoption is progressing, many companies are unable to take the first step in DX implementation due to insufficient organization of management issues and establishment of promotion systems. Particularly in recent years, an increasing number of companies are unable to decide how to incorporate new technologies such as generative AI into their own businesses, thus failing to take the first step towards utilization.
This project aims to consistently support companies facing such challenges through 6 months of hands-on, accompanying support, from organizing management issues to formulating implementation plans and establishing a DX promotion system, ultimately enabling companies to drive their own DX initiatives.
**[Four Outcomes Achieved in 6 Months]**
BottoK will provide the following support to selected companies in Saga Prefecture (5 companies):
1. **Visualization of Management Issues**: Through repeated on-site hearings and dialogues with management, clarify what should be prioritized.
2. **Acquisition of DX Certification**: Obtain DX certification from the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry in 6 months. Provide full support from application form creation to submission.
3. **Realization of DX/AI Introduction**: Select and introduce tools suitable for the company, including utilizing subsidies. Provide accompanying support until they are usable in the field.
4. **Establishment of DX Promotion System**: Develop mechanisms and human resources to continue promoting DX/AI utilization within the company even after the support ends.
