「母子MO」是一款透過智慧型手機、平板電腦及個人電腦輕鬆支援預防接種時程、健檢結果管理及地區資訊發布的APP。資料儲存於雲端，不僅能在災難導致母子健康手冊遺失時作為備份，也能對應轉往其他市町村或變更手機時的資料延續使用，讓使用者能安心持續使用。

飯島町為減輕生產及育兒初期的經濟負擔，並營造能安心開始育兒的環境，針對每位新生兒發放5萬日圓的生產祝賀金。
