With the introduction of the "Questionnaire Service," parents can now answer the questionnaire at the time of receiving the maternal and child health handbook and the questionnaire during pregnancy (around 7-8 months of pregnancy) via the app.

It also supports busy parents juggling childcare and work with features like push notifications, making it harder to miss essential information.

The "Dekita yo Kinenbi" (Anniversary of Accomplishment) feature, which can be used as a parenting diary, not only allows users to record milestones in their child's development and parenting journey with photos and messages but also serves as a guide to the child's growth and developmental milestones.

Furthermore, in the event of social environmental changes due to factors such as the spread of infectious diseases, the app can instantly deliver important information such as cautionary notices from the local government and advice from public health nurses to the necessary individuals via text and video, supporting the creation of an environment where childbirth and child-rearing can be done with peace of mind even in emergencies.

In addition, the "Questionnaire Service" of "Child-Rearing DX," which can be used as an additional feature of "Haha-mo," has been introduced to create a system that allows parents to complete procedures more conveniently.

The information dissemination service of the "Higashiomi City Maternal and Child Health Handbook App Rarappoke♪," which began preliminary operation in January 2026, has been used by a cumulative total of 897 people as of May, and we have received positive feedback from users such as "The operation is easy to understand, and I can easily get information from the municipality."

As a new initiative, we have launched the operation of the "Questionnaire Service" within the same app from July 1, 2026.

This will allow users to easily answer the questionnaire at the time of receiving the maternal and child health handbook and the questionnaire during pregnancy (around 7-8 months of pregnancy) from their smartphones, which were previously filled out on paper.

We are also preparing to allow responses to the inquiry forms for baby visits and infant health check-ups through the app.
