The "Infant Health Checkup Service" from "Kosodate DX®", a digital transformation support service for local government child-rearing initiatives provided by BoshiMo Inc., has been fully implemented in Hiroshima City, Hiroshima Prefecture, and will commence operation on July 1 (Wed).

In Hiroshima City, as a child-rearing support measure utilizing digital technology, the mother and child handbook app "BoshiMo" was introduced as the "Hiroshima Child-Rearing Support App" in October 2018. Since April 2025, the "Questionnaire Service" of "Kosodate DX", available as an additional feature of "BoshiMo", has been provided.

This initiative will digitize the procedures related to infant health checkups (4-month, 18-month, and 3-year-old checkups) through "BoshiMo". This will allow guardians to input and submit questionnaires and check their health checkup results via the app.

◆Improving Convenience for Pre-Checkup Procedures and Result Confirmation for Infant Health Checkups!

Hiroshima City will utilize the "Infant Health Checkup Service" for the 4-month, 18-month, and 3-year-old health checkups. This service enables guardians to input and submit questionnaires and check their health checkup results via the app. By allowing guardians to input questionnaires and check results regardless of location or time, this reduces the effort involved in filling out paper questionnaires and helps prevent omissions and input errors.

Furthermore, it is expected to significantly reduce the time required for creating health checkup result data, and the post-processing until the results are registered in the system will be streamlined, leading to a reduction in workload for staff.

Our company's vision is to eliminate the friction coefficient in pregnancy and child-rearing. To achieve this, we are expanding and integrating support areas (maternal and child health checkups, vaccinations, infant health checkups, etc.) through "Kosodate DX", developing all-in-one application and procedure systems for child-rearing, and promoting the sharing of maternal and child health information with related organizations (medical, childcare/education, specialized institutions, etc.). It also provides information from local governments, assisting busy mothers and fathers with childcare and work.

It can be used as an additional feature of "BoshiMo" and supports the creation of new child-rearing support systems that adapt to environmental changes and the realization of a more convenient, safe, and secure child-rearing environment, including online submission of birth notifications and digitization of infant health checkup procedures.
