"Boshi-mo" is an app that easily supports vaccination schedules, health checkup result management, and local information distribution on smartphones, tablet devices, and PCs. Since data is saved on the cloud, it serves as a backup in case the Maternal and Child Health Handbook is lost due to disasters, and also supports continuous use when moving to other municipalities or changing devices, allowing users to continue using it with peace of mind.

Matsuzaki Town, Shizuoka Prefecture, Launches "Boshi-mo" to Support Child-Rearing Families with Child Growth-Oriented Assistance!

Matsuzaki Town provides 30,000 yen worth of gift certificates to each child upon enrollment in elementary or junior high school and upon graduation from junior high school. The "Dekitayo Kinenbi" (I Did It Anniversary) feature, which can be used as a child-rearing diary, was created based on the Children and Families Agency's Maternal and Child Health Handbook format examples. It not only allows users to record developmental stages and child-rearing milestones, including the "Parent's Record" from the Maternal and Child Health Handbook, with photos and messages, but also serves as a guideline for children's growth and development.

Moreover, even when social environmental changes occur due to factors like infectious diseases, the app can instantly deliver important information such as alerts from the municipality and advice from public health nurses, via text and video, to those who need it. This supports the creation of an environment where childbirth and child-rearing can be done with peace of mind even in emergencies.
