The maternal and child health handbook app 'Boshimo,' operated by Boshimo Inc., will be introduced in Ogawa Village, Nagano Prefecture, and will be available as the 'Ogawa Child-rearing Support App' starting Wednesday, April 1st. Ogawa Village aims to be a village where children can grow up with a rich heart and body, and where parents can feel secure and joyful. The village supports children from infancy to school age seamlessly. The 'Boshimo' app, already adopted by over 830 municipalities, allows paper-based maternal and child health handbook data to be recorded digitally. It supports vaccination schedules, health check management, and local information distribution via smartphones, tablets, and PCs. Data is stored in the cloud, providing a backup in case of loss and ensuring continuity when moving or changing devices. The village also provides various financial supports, such as the 'Sukoyaka Growth Celebration Money,' and now uses 'Boshimo' as a new tool to disseminate information more conveniently to families.
