(Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Hironori Aoi; hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), which provides "Sustainability ERP*2" for corporate value management, holding the No. 1 market share for two consecutive years*1 among major corporations, and supports the transformation of sustainability into a driver of corporate value improvement through integrated services ranging from compliance with disclosure regulations such as SSBJ/ISSB to financial impact analysis of non-financial information and its utilization in management decisions and capital market dialogue, has refreshed its service site and changed its domain to "booost-ai.com" as part of its strategy to further expand SX (Sustainability Transformation) support through AI as a Sustainability x AI Company.

The Company has supported companies' SX implementation and corporate value improvement with its core Sustainability ERP "booost Sustainability." Moving forward, we will accelerate our efforts to integrate AI with the expertise and data infrastructure cultivated in the sustainability domain, thereby evolving non-financial information into management data that contributes to corporate value enhancement.

Background

Against the backdrop of the full-scale commencement of non-financial information disclosure based on SSBJ standards, requests for early disclosure of the Annual Securities Report before the shareholders' meeting, and discussions for the revision of the Corporate Governance Code, companies are required not only to disclose sustainability information more quickly and accurately but also to utilize it for supervisory board oversight and management decisions that consider capital costs and corporate value.

Furthermore, with the increasing demands for compliance with CSRD and ISSB standards, and the sophistication of ESG data requirements from business partners, corporate sustainability operations are reaching a major turning point in terms of volume, complexity, and speed. Sustainability information is increasingly becoming indispensable not just for disclosure but also for preparation and utilization as data that can be applied to management decisions and corporate value improvement.

Amidst these environmental changes, the Company has already begun offering AI functions to support sustainability information disclosure, such as "Supplier Data Collection AI" and "Disclosure Draft Generation AI." The domain change for the service site is part of our initiative to expand our provided value to a management foundation that supports companies' SX implementation and corporate value improvement by integrating AI into the data management infrastructure centered on the Sustainability ERP we have offered to date.

The Company has commenced full-scale provision of AI functions to support sustainability information disclosure, such as SSBJ, including "Supplier Data Collection AI" and "Disclosure Draft Generation AI." "Supplier Data Collection AI" automatically reads and analyzes Excel files submitted by suppliers, recognizes differences in formats, and automatically links the data to appropriate items. "Disclosure Draft Generation AI" aggregates and summarizes qualitative and quantitative data collected by AI, supporting the creation of disclosure document drafts compliant with SSBJ and CSRD.

Future Outlook

As a Sustainability x AI Company, the Company will further expand the use of AI in the sustainability domain and evolve the Sustainability ERP "booost Sustainability" into a management OS that supports companies' sustainability management.

"Japan as an SX Advanced Nation" Project Aiming to Solve the "Sustainability 2026 Problem"

Currently, many companies are facing the "Sustainability 2026 Problem," where delays in initiation and a lack of a sense of crisis regarding the mandatory disclosure of sustainability-related financial information could lead to a decline in corporate value. To overcome this problem and aim for improved global presence through the promotion of SX and corporate value enhancement of Japanese companies, we launched the "Japan as an SX Advanced Nation" project in November 2024.
