Boomi announced an expanded partnership with ServiceNow to bring Boomi’s integration and data activation capabilities to ServiceNow Workflow Data Fabric. Boomi has also been selected as a launch partner for the ServiceNow Workflow Data Network Passport Program, enabling customers to seamlessly access and deploy Boomi capabilities on the ServiceNow AI Platform. Together, Boomi and ServiceNow will extend the connectivity of ServiceNow Workflow Data Fabric, allowing enterprises to connect systems and data outside ServiceNow. This gives teams and AI agents access to real-time data at the scale required in the agentic AI era. Boomi will help connect enterprise systems beyond ServiceNow, provide trusted synchronized master data through Boomi Data Hub, and support the use of ServiceNow Zero Copy capabilities for data in legacy and hybrid environments. Pramod Mahadevan, vice president of the Data & Analytics product ecosystem at ServiceNow, said ServiceNow Workflow Data Fabric excels at bringing trusted, contextual data into the ServiceNow platform for workflows and agents, while Boomi leads the industry with cloud-native iPaaS and broad data connectivity solutions. The partnership will simplify multi-system integration, reduce the cost of activating data, and accelerate intelligent workflows at scale on the ServiceNow AI Platform. Lightedge, a mutual customer of ServiceNow and Boomi, is using this integrated approach to modernize its CRM and integration strategy. By combining Boomi and ServiceNow, Lightedge replaced multiple legacy integration tools and consolidated its architecture onto an AI-driven integration platform, improving workflow efficiency, data visibility, and its transition to a modern agent-led CRM environment. Michael Gallagher, CIO of Lightedge, said the combination of ServiceNow and Boomi helped the company achieve its CRM transformation beyond expectations by consolidating integration tools into a single platform, reducing complexity, improving agility, and enabling data to flow directly into business-critical workflows. Steve Lucas, chairman and CEO of Boomi, said the future of enterprise AI will not be determined by model performance alone, but by how effectively companies can activate and govern data across the systems that run their business. Through the collaboration with ServiceNow, Boomi aims to provide customers with a unified way to bring data into workflows, apply governance, and orchestrate AI-powered execution across the enterprise.
