BOC Japan LLC (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo, Representative: Tomohiko Komatsu), which operates franchise developments of Taiwanese food stores, will hold a limited-time pop-up event at the concourse in front of the ticket gates within Dokkyo University Mae Station on the Tobu Skytree Line from July 2, 2026, to July 8, 2026. The store is "Tairaku Tangao," a specialty Taiwanese castella shop.

"Tairaku Tangao" opened on March 12, 2021, amidst the turmoil of the COVID-19 pandemic, at Tokyu Plaza Ginza. On its opening day, a massive queue formed, stretching all the way to Tokyo Metro Ginza Station, bringing much-needed cheer. Since the opening of the Tokyu Plaza Ginza store, we have received tremendous support from our customers, and the number of repeat customers continues to grow. We have been featured in numerous media outlets, including Nippon TV's "ZIP," "Hirunandesu," and "1-oku 3000-man nin no SHOW Channel"; Fuji TV's "Mezamashi TV"; BS Asahi's "Teiban Times"; as well as in the Yomiuri Shimbun, Sankei Shimbun, women's magazines "GINGER" and "Hanako," and travel guidebooks.

At this pop-up event, we will be selling our popular Taiwanese castella, made using authentic Taiwanese methods to recreate the original taste and texture. Offerings will include the plain flavor, a "half & half" set featuring three types of our signature items – burnt butter vanilla sugar, chocolate, and Earl Grey – as well as cut castella in convenient sizes, and Taiwanese castella pudding.
