Our company supports 'April Dream,' an initiative that encourages people to share their dreams on April 1st. This press release represents the dream of 'Board & Beyond LLC.'

## Background of the Dream
When families relocate overseas for work, the partner accompanying the expatriate often has to interrupt or abandon their career. This frequently leads to identity loss and mental health issues, which the individual and their family often struggle with in isolation. Recently, various companies have begun participating in initiatives for accompanying families, recognizing the high potential of these partners and the necessity of support from the perspective of well-being risk management. However, these efforts have yet to reach everyone who needs them.

Due to complexities involving personnel evaluations and the strong sense of independence among accompanying partners, this issue rarely surfaces. We at Board & Beyond aim to bridge the gap between accompanying families and the companies that send them abroad, striving for a future where families can 'soar across the world' and 'not give up on their careers or their families' while on assignment.

## Initiatives to Date
Since around the time of our establishment in October 2025, we have been exploring the possibility of reframing the career gaps of accompanying partners—moving away from viewing them as 'personal choices' or 'family problems' and instead treating them as 'structural issues of the expatriate system.' While seeking partner companies, we have also been hosting free monthly webinars for HR personnel and those currently on overseas assignments since January 2026.

## Future Initiatives
Until now, we have mainly explored possibilities in the B2B sector. Moving forward, we intend to develop services for individual expatriate families to directly respond to the proactive spirit of partners who say, 'No matter the environment, I want to continue connecting with society and providing value. I don't want to give up on my career or my family.'

We aim to provide a space to think about and learn 'skills that allow families to pursue both careers and life as a team'—skills that will be useful not only during the assignment period but throughout their lives. By considering careers based on 'family well-being,' we will realize a future where people do not have to give up their dreams or careers due to changes in life stages.

We will create a learning environment where participants can take home various 'lenses' through which to view their lives.
