Bright Oak Rich LLC (Machida City, Tokyo, Representative: Akira Togashi) has announced its initiatives for the 2026 fiscal year for its online learning service for elementary school students, "Lesson Review Site Doctrina." Under the philosophy of "Equal learning opportunities for all children, regardless of economic circumstances," this service offers learning content through videos, blogs, and books at a low annual price of 330 yen. Currently, Doctrina has approximately 400 videos, 800 blog posts, and 9 books available, and is utilized by many households and educational support sites.

Main Initiatives for the 2026 Fiscal Year

① Significant Expansion of Content We aim to double the production of videos, blogs, and books compared to the previous year. In addition to enriching learning content, we will continue to expand content that resonates with children's hearts, such as "famous quotes, proverbs, and sayings."

② Expansion of Free Provision Previously, we provided free IDs and passwords for use within facilities at children's cafeterias. Going forward, the scope will be expanded to include: ・Children's Learning and Life Support Projects ・Community Future Schools allowing free use within these facilities. Furthermore, for users of these facilities, we will set special prices for external use to support continuous learning. We also plan to offer similar special pricing for users of educational support centers and private support organizations utilized by children who are truant.

③ Launch of Audio Content We plan to make the published learning blogs available in audio format, while maintaining the current annual price of 330 yen. Additionally, we will provide this audio content free of charge to schools for the visually impaired and support organizations used by visually impaired children, promoting the development of a learning environment that does not rely on sight. Regarding free usage and special discounts, we will contact each facility or the supervising local government in the future and proceed with implementation sequentially.

Towards Eliminating the Educational Gap In Japan, the "educational gap," where disparities in learning opportunities arise due to differences in family economic status and learning environments, is a significant issue. Doctrina is working to solve this problem through the provision of low-cost, high-quality content and the expansion of free support.
