Achieves industrial-level high-precision fabrication with 25μm optical precision. Furthermore, leveling rollers promote resin flow, enabling both high-speed molding and high precision.

Particularly, the S150 Ultra achieves up to approximately 9 times faster molding speed compared to the S150, and up to approximately 20 times faster compared to the S240 (10μm precision), significantly contributing to productivity improvement.

### 2. Improved Operability and Workflow Efficiency

Integrated touch panel and built-in standard/custom parameters enable stable molding. In addition, a newly developed design eliminates the need for horizontal adjustment of the platform and film system, significantly reducing setup time for molding.

The resin tank heating function controls material viscosity, offering potential for compatibility with a wide range of functional materials. It also supports small-capacity tanks (optional) of 5ml / 20ml, contributing to reduced material loss during expensive material development and minute prototype evaluation.

The platform, adopting DLC (Diamond-Like Carbon) coating, improves wear resistance and contributes to enhanced platform durability. A clean air system equipped with HEPA13 filter and UV sterilization function ensures a stable molding environment and compatibility with bio-inks.
