SMS Corporation (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and President: Masaki Takahata; listed on the Prime Market of the Tokyo Stock Exchange; hereinafter "the Company") announces its management structure for the 24th fiscal year (FY2026). Founded in 2003, the Company has developed and operates various businesses with the mission of "improving people's quality of life and continuously contributing to society by building information infrastructure suitable for an aging society." Effective January 1, 2026, Masaki Takahata assumed the position of Representative Director and President, becoming the third president since the founder. In the 24th fiscal year, the Company will continue to drive further business growth under its executives and general managers.

### Representative Director and President Masaki Takahata Born in April 1984. After graduating from the University of Tokyo, Faculty of Economics in 2007, joined Azsa Audit Corporation (now KPMG Azsa LLC). After working at Frontier Management Inc., joined SMS Corporation in 2013. After serving as CFO of group company MIMS Group, appointed CEO of MIMS Group in 2021. Appointed Director of the Company in 2025 and assumed the position of Representative Director and President from January 2026 (current position).

### Director Natsuki Goto Joined IBM Business Consulting Services Co., Ltd. (now IBM Japan, Ltd.) in 2004. Joined SMS Corporation in 2007, and after serving as Head of Management Planning Office and General Manager of Administration Division, appointed Director in 2009. After holding positions such as Head of Overseas Business Division, appointed Representative Director and President in 2014. Resigned as Representative Director and President in December 2025. Scheduled to retire as Director upon the conclusion of the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled for June 2026.

Joined IBM Research - Tokyo in 2004, worked at European sites from 2013-2015, and led global teams at IBM Watson Research Center in New York and MIT-IBM Watson AI Lab from 2015. Joined The University of Tokyo in 2021 and is currently in this position. Engaged in research and development and social implementation of artificial intelligence, graph neural networks, and supercomputers. Won first place in Graph500, which competes for large-scale data processing performance of supercomputers, 10 times in total. ### Head of Medical Welfare Career Business Promotion Division & Medical Career Business Division Takeshi Yamamoto After graduating from Waseda University, Faculty of Science and Engineering in 2000, joined a manufacturing consulting company. Primarily engaged in BPR operations for R&D divisions in the automotive industry. Subsequently, after serving as Business Promotion Manager at a wedding venue operating company, joined SMS Corporation in 2012. Led business planning and promotion in the human resource matching domain. Concurrently held key positions in HR-related matters (recruitment, placement, performance and compensation system operation, etc.), leading organizational growth from multiple perspectives. After being appointed Business Manager for the nursing domain in 2019, assumed the position of Head of Medical Career Business Division in 2020. Concurrently serves as Head of the entire Medical Welfare Career Business Promotion Division from 2026. ### Head of Welfare Career Business Division Yuichiro Shiozaki After graduating from Kobe University, Faculty of Engineering in 2005, engaged in sales, managing multiple stores and sales strategies. Subsequently, experienced producer roles in corporate product planning and promotion development at a creative agency. Joined SMS Corporation in 2008. Engaged in cross-sectional management of WEB media and marketing/product design in the Media Planning Department. After serving as Head of Qualification Acquisition Support Service in 2013, appointed Head of Nursing Care Career Business Division from 2015. Led business integration, new business launch, and M&A, and assumed the position of Head of Nursing Care, Childcare, and Disability Welfare Career Business Division from 2022.

### Head of Nursing Care Management Support Business Division & Wellbeing Support Business Division, Head of Business Development Office Issei Sonoda After graduating from the University of Tokyo, Faculty of Law in 2009, engaged in business integration and new business launch at IT venture, M3 Group. Joined SMS Corporation in 2017, involved in overseas business integration and PMI. Subsequently resigned and, after starting his own business, rejoined the Company in 2020. Appointed Head of Nursing Care and Disability Welfare Management Support Business Division from 2022. In 2024, established SMS Welfare Technology Co., Ltd. to lead the vertical launch of the disability welfare SaaS domain, and assumed the position of Representative Director. ### Head of Senior Life Support Business Division Tatsuya Yano After completing the Master's Program at Kyoto University, Graduate School of Engineering in 2003, joined a major chemical manufacturer. In 2005, joined SMS Corporation and engaged in marketing operations for multiple businesses such as school-related and human resource-related. In addition, involved in various operations such as advertising management and editing, led the launch of a company-wide marketing organization, and assumed the position of Head of the current Senior Life Support Business Division after its launch in 2015.
