Representative Director and President: Masaki Takahata
Born in April 1984. After graduating from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Tokyo in 2007, he joined Azsa & Co. (now KPMG AZSA LLC). After working at Frontier Management Inc., he joined SMS Co., Ltd. in 2013. He served as CFO of the MIMS Group (a group company) and was appointed CEO of the MIMS Group in 2021. He became a Director of the Company in 2025 and has served as Representative Director and President since January 2026.

Director: Natsuki Goto
Joined IBM Business Consulting Services KK (now IBM Japan, Ltd.) in 2004. Joined SMS Co., Ltd. in 2007, serving as Head of Corporate Planning and Head of Administration before becoming a Director in 2009.
