This visit was made at the invitation of His Excellency Narayana Prasad Dahal, Chairman of the National Assembly (Upper House) of the Federal Democratic Republic of Nepal. During his visit, Chairman Tsuruho paid courtesy calls to government officials of both countries within Nepal. Following these meetings, he, along with the delegation from Japan, inspected the company's sending organization, "BLUE SKY INTERNATIONAL," the vocational training institution, "Kings Technical and Vocational Training Center," and the practical training facility "Fordays SSW Training Center," which specializes in specified skilled workers for nursing care and food service. Throughout the inspection, exchanges of opinions were held with company staff, Japanese instructors, Nepali instructors, and students. The local human resource development and dispatch system received high praise, along with encouraging remarks such as, "With such a well-established local training system, Japanese companies can confidently proceed with employment." Notably, this visit by Chairman Tsuruho marks his first official visit as Chairman of the Japan-Nepal Parliamentary Friendship League. In recent years, Nepali human resources residing in Japan have accounted for a significant portion of foreign workers. This visit is expected to further promote human exchange between the two countries.
