Blueship Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; hereinafter "the Company") announces that it will transition to a new executive structure effective April 1, 2026, as follows.
Since its establishment, the Company has supported the promotion of digital transformation for a wide range of government and private sector clients under the vision of "Solving social issues through IT service management."
This change in the executive structure aims to further strengthen the collaboration with Japan System Co., Ltd., with whom we have a capital and business alliance, and to enhance the service delivery capabilities of the entire group as we move into our next growth phase. Through this, we aim to establish a system that can respond quickly and with high quality to increasingly diverse and complex customer issues.
Under the new structure, we will further deepen the field capabilities and relationships of trust with our customers that we have cultivated to date. By strengthening our collaboration with Japan System, we will realize expanded access to specialized talent and resources, improved ability to handle large-scale and complex projects, and further improvements in service quality and stability.
There will be no changes to our business structure, contract details, or services currently provided due to this change. We will continue to provide stable services with the same structure as before and strive for further quality improvement.
