Blue Farm Inc. (Headquarters: Hamamatsu, Shizuoka; Representative Director: Daisuke Aoki; hereinafter "the Company"), which creates new ways to connect society with tea, is pleased to announce the start of an exhibition for its environmental value creation service, "ChaaS," at the "EBC (Executive Briefing Center) STATION Ai" (Nagoya, Aichi) operated by SoftBank Corp. (hereinafter "SoftBank").

This exhibition presents a new form of social implementation designed to connect regional agricultural resources with urban corporate activities to co-create new social value.

Background and Intent of the Exhibition Against the backdrop of social issues such as the decline of the tea industry and climate change, our company has been working to unlock the sustainable functions of tea farms. By exhibiting at the SoftBank-operated "EBC STATION Ai," we aim to introduce case studies of our unique sustainable solutions and mechanisms for visualizing environmental contributions. Through dialogue with companies visiting "EBC STATION Ai," we intend to expand the application areas of ChaaS.

"EBC STATION Ai" is a next-generation business dialogue hub operated by SoftBank, designed to co-create solutions for challenges faced by advanced companies and local governments through technology and collaboration.

Exhibition Content This exhibition is structured to allow visitors to visually experience the concept of "connecting regional agricultural resources with urban corporate activities" through an overview of ChaaS, examples of companies that have adopted the service, visual imagery of tea farms, and model calculations of CO₂ absorption. We hope that dialogue with companies visiting "EBC STATION Ai" will serve as a catalyst for new social implementation. *Please note that exhibition content is subject to change without notice.

[About the Tea Farm Subscription Service "ChaaS"] ChaaS (Tea Farm as a Service) is an "environmental value creation subscription service" that allows companies to easily incorporate the environmental value of tea farms spread across the country (such as CO₂ absorption, biodiversity, and water source conservation). By simply switching their corporate beverages to sustainable green tea products, companies can visualize their ESG contributions while supporting sustainable local agriculture.

Comment from Daisuke Aoki, Representative Director, Blue Farm Inc. Our company has continued to take on the challenge of reconnecting the roots of society—such as "agriculture" and "nature"—with corporate activities. This exhibition serves as a venue to introduce the potential of ChaaS as a practical means for companies not only to talk about the "environment" but to reflect it in the things they actually use and give as gifts. By being exhibited at "EBC STATION Ai," a future-oriented co-creation hub, I hope this will serve as a starting point for dialogue to rethink the relationship between cities and regions, and between companies and agricultural resources, as we explore together "ways to incorporate an environmental perspective into daily life." Moving forward, we hope to continue questioning what a sustainable local society looks like while collaborating with diverse companies.

Future Outlook Going forward, we will proceed with developments that create new connections between regions, companies, and people through dialogue with businesses aiming for ESG compliance and the utilization of regional resources. We aim to have the form of co-creation through tea permeate society as a scene of daily life where the environment and the economy are in harmony.

[About Blue Farm Inc.] Founded in Shizuoka Prefecture in 2021 with the vision of being a "company that makes society healthy." We are working to build a sustainable tea industry and support corporate ESG initiatives by connecting mountain tea farms with companies. In the future, we will address the issue of declining tea farms and support sustainable agriculture by making visible the environmental effects of tea farms, which are estimated to be worth approximately 90 billion yen across Japan.
