Blue Farm Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Hamamatsu City, Shizuoka Prefecture, President & CEO: Daisuke Aoki, hereinafter referred to as "Our Company"), which creates new connections between society and tea, announces that it has begun exhibiting its environmental value creation service, "ChaaS (Cha-as)," at "EBC (Executive Briefing Center) STATION Ai" (Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture), operated by SoftBank Corp. (hereinafter referred to as "SoftBank").

This exhibition presents a new form of social implementation to connect regional agricultural resources with urban corporate activities and co-create new social value.

■Background and Intent of the Exhibition

Our Company has been working to unlock the sustainable functions of tea plantations against the backdrop of social issues such as the decline of the tea industry and climate change. By exhibiting at "EBC STATION Ai," operated by SoftBank, we aim to introduce case studies of our unique sustainable solutions and mechanisms for visualizing environmental contributions, and to expand the application areas of ChaaS through dialogue with companies visiting "EBC STATION Ai."

"EBC STATION Ai" is a next-generation business dialogue hub operated by SoftBank, a facility aimed at co-creating solutions for challenges faced by advanced companies and local governments through technology and co-creation.

■Exhibition Content

This exhibition is designed to provide a visual experience of the concept of "connecting regional agricultural resources with urban corporate activities" through an overview of ChaaS, some examples of adopting companies, visual representations of tea plantations, and model calculations of CO₂ absorption. We expect it to be a catalyst for new social implementations through dialogue with companies visiting "EBC STATION Ai."

【About the Tea Plantation Subscription Service "ChaaS"】

ChaaS (Tea Plantation as a Service) is an "environmental value creation subscription service" that allows companies to easily incorporate the environmental value (CO₂ absorption, biodiversity, water resource conservation, etc.) of tea plantations spread across the country. By simply switching their own beverages to sustainable green tea beverages, companies can visualize their ESG contributions and create a mechanism that leads to sustainable regional agriculture.
