Bloomo Securities Mandates Passkey Authentication for Login to Prevent Fraud

Bloomo Securities Co., Ltd. announced that starting June 29, 2026, it will make passkey authentication mandatory for all transactions and key operations to protect customers' assets from increasingly sophisticated phishing scams and unauthorized access. This move complies with the Japan Securities Dealers Association's guidelines requiring multi-factor authentication. Passkeys will be required for operations such as trading US stocks and ETFs, processing withdrawals, and changing personal information. Offline support sessions will be held on May 23 and May 30 for users needing assistance with the setup process.
