Bloom Act’s Online Sales Meeting System “ROOMS” Adopted for Higo Bank’s Remote Consultation Desk

Bloom Act Inc. announced that its online sales meeting system, “ROOMS,” has been adopted for the remote consultation desk of Higo Bank. Higo Bank provides a “Remote Consultation Service” to meet diverse customer needs. The bank is introducing ROOMS to strengthen non-face-to-face consultation services, including asset management consultations and other advisory operations. With this initiative, the bank will be able to streamline the process from appointment booking to online consultation, further develop a consultation framework that does not require branch visits, and enhance its support through non-face-to-face channels. Bloom Act said it will continue supporting financial institutions in upgrading their remote channels and improving operational efficiency, while contributing to greater customer convenience. ROOMS is a Japan-developed online customer service system. Unlike overseas web conferencing tools such as Zoom and Teams, it offers features and hospitality-oriented functions tailored to customer service scenarios in Japan. Neither party needs to download an app. Users can start a meeting with one click from a PC, smartphone, or tablet by sharing a URL or providing a room number by phone. ROOMS also includes features such as calendar booking, automatic connection URL delivery, automatic staff assignment, customized branded rooms, presentation mode, desktop sharing, recording, real-time electronic contracts, Salesforce integration, and access analytics tag settings. For security, ROOMS uses TLS 1.2 and compliant formats for end-to-end encryption. Its servers are located in Japan, and the service conducts regular third-party security risk checks as well as 24-hour communication monitoring and protection through WAF. The service has also obtained ISO27001 (ISMS) certification and has passed security reviews by many major companies and financial institutions.
