Bloom Inc.（總公司所在地：東京都澀谷區，代表取締役：平原 俊幸）將於 2026 年 4 月 9 日（週四）為專注於大型企業的轉職/在職進修招募產品「Bloom Career Registration」的註冊用戶，舉辦「商船三井、三井不動產、三菱地所 職涯招募聯合說明會」。
本次活動將邀請實際透過職涯招募進入各公司的員工現身說法，分享他們在轉職活動時的經驗，以及入職後的真實情況與成就感。活動旨在透過傳達在人氣企業工作的真實情況，為考慮轉職者拓展職涯的可能性。

本次活動以對進入各產業領導企業轉職感興趣者為對象，任何希望參加者皆可報名。

本次活動將於 2026 年 4 月 9 日（週四）19:00 至 20:30，以線上（Zoom）形式舉辦。
活動中，除了人事負責人外，也將邀請實際透過職涯招募進入各公司的員工現身說法，分享他們在轉職活動時的經驗，以及入職後的真實情況與成就感。
活動後半段，將安排線上座談會，讓參與者能直接向各公司人事負責人及職涯進修員工提問。
參與者可自由選擇有興趣的公司座談會加入，並透過線上會議系統的聊天功能提問。無論是關於選考方法或工作方式等任何想了解的問題，都可以匿名輕鬆提問。
利用「職涯登錄」系統，若有符合條件的職缺將個別聯繫，並提供一鍵表達「希望獲得推薦」意願的功能
