Bloom Inc. (Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Toshiyuki Hirahara), provider of the large-enterprise-specialized career recruitment product 'Bloom Career Registration,' announced that it has renewed its brand logo and symbol mark, as well as its service website (https://career.blm.co.jp/), to further enhance the service brand's value and clarify its identity.
Formulation of a New Brand Message with Logo Renewal
The new symbol mark is based on the initial 'B' of Bloom, visualizing the company's vision of 'a society where anyone, anytime, can leverage their individuality to let their potential bloom.' The spiral lines express 'diversity,' 'circulation,' and 'sprouting,' while the 'overlap' of the two shapes symbolizes 'co-creation' where society and Bloom join hands.
Additionally, for the product logo of 'Bloom Career Registration,' the company has formulated a new brand message: 'For those considering a job change to a major company, Bloom Career Registration.' The company aims to further accelerate the increase and evolution of career hiring within influential large enterprises.
Launch of Intuitive UI for Service Information
Along with the renewal of the logo and brand message, the service website's design and UI have been updated.
While reflecting the new brand world view, visibility and operability of the entire site have been improved, providing a comfortable user experience for those considering a job change to perform 'career registration' and learn about 'event information' more smoothly. Taking this renewal as an opportunity, the company will further deepen cooperation with Japan's leading large enterprises and enhance its value as a career recruitment infrastructure where both individuals and companies can encounter new possibilities.
Comment from Representative Director Toshiyuki Hirahara
Our vision is 'a society where anyone, anytime, can leverage their individuality to let their potential bloom,' and our mission is 'to change recruitment, human resources, and employment together with companies that change the world.'
'Bloom Career Registration,' our large-enterprise-specialized career recruitment web product, is now used by approximately 70 major Japanese companies, and the total number of service registrations from those considering job changes to large enterprises has exceeded 100,000. We are seeing more instances where people say, 'If you're thinking about changing jobs to a major company, use Bloom Career Registration.'
To accelerate initiatives to 'change recruitment, human resources, and employment' through our business, all 30 of our employees spent time discussing the logo review, resulting in the formulation of our corporate logo, service logo, and brand message.
While continuously increasing the 'value of the service itself,' which is most important in brand deployment, we will continue to broadcast our message using the new logo and brand message. We will strive to meet the expectations of even more people.
