Next After Fuji is Yatsugatake. Why Land Rover Defender Chose BLANC for the Second Consecutive Year

BLANC Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Takuya Yamanaka; hereinafter "the Company"), which operates hotels coexisting with nature, provided its facility "BLANC YATSUGATAKE" (Hokuto City, Yamanashi Prefecture) as the venue for the "DEFENDER JOURNEY IN YATSUGATAKE," a special experience event hosted by Jaguar Land Rover Japan Limited (hereinafter JLRJ; Headquarters: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Magnus Hansson) for JLR's adventure brand "DEFENDER."

Following the selection of BLANC FUJI as the stage for last year's "DEFENDER JOURNEY IN YAMANASHI," JLRJ has selected a BLANC facility for the second consecutive year. BLANC YATSUGATAKE, the venue for this year, served as the stage for this event ahead of its grand opening.

What is "DEFENDER JOURNEY"? This is a special program for customers considering purchasing a DEFENDER, allowing them to experience the brand's worldview. In addition to a driving program where participants can actually experience the driving performance and comfort of the DEFENDER, it offers a luxury trip that touches upon local culture and nature. In this Yatsugatake event, a program to experience "blank space time" along with the changing seasons of Yatsugatake was implemented, set in Tobira Onsen Myojinkan, nestled in a forest at an altitude of 1,050m, and BLANC YATSUGATAKE prior to its grand opening.

About DEFENDER JOURNEY IN YATSUGATAKE This event is an experiential program where DEFENDER owners and fans travel through Nagano and Yamanashi for 3 days and 2 nights with their own car or the latest test drive vehicle. Participants drove a route continuing from Karuizawa to Yatsugatake and stayed at two facilities: Tobira Onsen Myojinkan and BLANC YATSUGATAKE.
