1. A Stay Experience Created with the Region — Co-creation with Leading Partners in Yatsugatake

At BLANC YATSUGATAKE, we aim to provide a stay experience where the charm of the field is not confined within the facility but can be experienced alongside the people and activities rooted in the local community.

Yamanashi Meijo Co., Ltd. "Shichiken" (Hakushu Town): An established sake brewery that has been making sake for 300 years since its founding in 1750. Centering their sake brewing on the natural water of Mount Kaikoma in the Southern Alps, they brew sake that brings out the unique characteristics of the land while respecting nature.

Firman (Hokuto City): Based in Yatsugatake and Hokuto City, Firman operates an organic JAS-certified farm. With agriculture as its core, and based on the concept of "Agriculture × X," they engage in diverse initiatives connecting nature, people, and society, such as creating spaces for learning and experiences, and collaborating with companies and welfare facilities.

Jaeger (Yatsugatake Area): Jaeger Co., Ltd. connects the local mountains (satoyama) and the city by circulating the blessings of nature. With three company-owned factories in Yamanashi Prefecture, they collaborate with over 100 hunters, aiming to utilize 100% of the lives they capture. Under strict safety management, they are elevating wild birds and beasts—which are often a regional issue—into valuable resources, creating a sustainable future for the local mountains.

2. The "Largest Scale" Challenge to Eliminate the Boundary Between Nature and People

Boasting a vast site of 9,500 sqm, this facility employs a design that maximizes the overwhelming panoramic views of Yatsugatake.

Natural Hot Springs in All 19 Rooms: Every guest room is fully equipped with an open-air natural hot spring bath, offering a retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the city in a location overlooking the Southern Alps.

Proposal for Digital Detox: Through a minimalist yet high-quality stay where guests can gather around a bonfire and wake up to a sky full of stars and the singing of birds, we create a luxurious time for guests to face themselves.
