This special plan is designed for guests to compare and savor the distinct personalities of some of Japan’s most sought-after sake brands. Experience the complexity and freshness of "Shinsei NO.6 H-type," the elegant aroma and refined sweetness of "Juyondai Daiginjo," and the balanced umami and crisp finish of "Issohman Kikyou." Each sake’s unique character will be highlighted through a curated progression of sushi pairings.

Despite all being regarded as the pinnacle of Japanese sake, these brands differ significantly in aroma expression, depth of flavor, and aftertaste. Discover their individuality through expert pairings with sushi. This limited course is ideal not only for sake connoisseurs but also for those who wish to systematically compare top-tier brands.
