Billion Foods Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Yuto Nakamura) is hosting a campaign at its 'Nihonbashi Sushi-dokoro Ninomiya' Ueno, Azabu-Juban, and Ebisu branches, offering a 15-piece authentic Edomae sushi course for 3,300 yen (tax included) on weekdays from June 1 (Mon) to June 30 (Tue).

This campaign was launched with the desire to allow more customers to experience the quality of a high-end sushi counter at a more accessible price, while maintaining the standards of its sister restaurant, 'Gotanda Sushi Asahi'.

Key highlights of the course include supervision by 'Gotanda Sushi Asahi' (Tabelog rating of 3.5+), the use of 10-year-aged red vinegar from Ehime Prefecture, specially crafted nikiri soy sauce, and freshly grated domestic raw wasabi. The 15-piece selection includes items such as octopus, spear squid, striped jack, live-shime amberjack, marinated tuna, shrimp, barracuda, live-shime sea bream, live-shime flounder, horse mackerel, gizzard shad, splendid alfonsino, whelk, Hokkaido scallop, and a boiled conger eel hand roll.
