What is the Sushi Kagerou Project, extended through April?

Named after the ephemeral nature of a "kagerou" (mayfly) that "appears for a limited time and then vanishes," and also likened to "kagerou" (heat haze) representing the intense passion of young people that makes the scenery shimmer.

This is a practical project aimed at training young sushi chefs, which has already captivated over 16,000 customers.

Supervised by the team behind the authentic Edomae sushi restaurant "Sushi Asahi," it offers an authentic Edomae style, featuring red vinegar sushi rice and seasonal fish directly purchased from Toyosu Market, at a price that "anyone can easily enjoy."

We will continue to offer the same content in April, with the price further reduced compared to previous events. By having our staff directly purchase ingredients at Toyosu Market early in the morning, we have achieved the highest quality ingredients ever while keeping costs down.
