What is "AI Native" – Not Just Tool Implementation, but a Complete Redesign of the Entire Company
Bilcom's concept of AI Native goes beyond simply introducing generative AI. It involves rebuilding the entire company – its solutions, operational processes, organizational culture and systems, AI agent operation and evaluation, information management, and security – with AI as a prerequisite.

Multiple initiatives will be launched under the four themes of contribution, support, reward, and enjoyment, including the appointment of AI Ambassadors and an awards system to recognize achievements generated by AI. 4) Operations for Evaluating, Maintaining, and Evolving AI Agents
A dedicated team will be newly established to maintain and evolve the 36 AI agents as "assets." This team will be responsible for regular AI agent evaluations, quality and knowledge freshness management, and security and governance management.
