Bikkuri Donkey, a hamburger restaurant operated by Aleph Inc. (Headquarters: Sapporo, Hokkaido; President: Dai Shoji), will hold the "Hamburger Shop's Menchi-katsu" fair for a limited time starting Wednesday, May 27, 2026.

This annual "Hamburger Shop's Menchi-katsu" fair marks its 5th year.

The Menchi-katsu (minced meat cutlet) features a hamburger patty coated with fresh breadcrumbs, offering a crispy texture and juicy meat flavors. In addition to the familiar hamburger sauce, curry sauce, and peppery demi-glace sauce, this year features a new "Oroshiso" (grated radish and green perilla) option that allows you to enjoy the Menchi-katsu with a refreshing taste.

Please enjoy this luxurious limited-time plate combining Bikkuri Donkey's unique Menchi-katsu and familiar hamburger.

Furthermore, the "Menchi-katsu Sandwich," soaked in an original blend of mayonnaise-type and chu-no (medium-thick) sauce, has been renewed. By adding the familiar daikon radish salad used in dish menus, you can also enjoy a refreshing taste and a change in texture. Please savor the "Hamburger Shop's Menchi-katsu," which pairs perfectly not only with rice but also with bread.

* Rice can be changed to cauliflower rice. Large/small portions are not available. (Change: 110 yen including tax)
* Rice amount can be changed. (Large portion: 130 yen including tax / Small portion: 40 yen discount including tax)
* Dish salad can be made large. (Large dish salad: 200 yen including tax)
* For Menchi-katsu & Hamburger Dish, Menchi-katsu Curry & Hamburger Dish, Menchi-katsu Pepper Sauce & Hamburger Dish, and Menchi-katsu Oroshiso & Hamburger Dish, toppings can be added to the hamburger as desired. (Egg, Oroshiso: 150 yen including tax / Cheese (2 pcs), Pineapple: 200 yen including tax)
* Toppings cannot be added to Menchi-katsu Dish, Menchi-katsu Curry Dish, Menchi-katsu Pepper Sauce Dish, and Menchi-katsu Oroshiso Dish.
* Cheese topping is limited to up to 4 pieces per hamburger item.
* Customers with allergies are requested to ask employees.
