Aleph Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Sapporo, Hokkaido; President and Representative Director: Dai Shoji), which operates the hamburger restaurant "Bikkuri Donkey," will launch the "We Love Cheeeese!" fair for a limited time starting on Wednesday, April 8, 2026.

The annual "We Love Cheeeese!" fair is a must-see for cheese lovers. This fair will feature three hamburger dishes and one side menu item, all allowing you to fully enjoy cheese, available for a limited time.

For the dish menu, we will be selling three types: the "Garlic Bacon Melty Cheese Hamburg Dish," which offers a harmonious blend of garlic, bacon, and three types of cheese; the "Melty Cheese-in Hamburg Dish," where shredded cheese is stuffed inside the hamburg and then topped with a cheese sauce; and the "Melty Cheese Hamburg Dish," which is the usual popular Cheese Hamburg Dish topped with a rich yellow cheese sauce.

Furthermore, for side dishes, in addition to the classic "Macaroni & Cheese," we will be offering the "Yellow Cheese Sauce Potato" for a limited time. This item features our popular "Bikkuri Fried Potatoes" topped with a yellow cheese sauce, making it a perfect accompaniment for alcoholic beverages.

●Garlic Bacon Melty Cheese Hamburg Dish This is a punchy and appetizing dish where the aroma of fried garlic and the umami of bacon, serving as accents, are integrated with three types of cheese.

●Melty Cheese-in Hamburg Dish This addictive dish features a rich cheese sauce over a hamburg steak, which is stuffed with shredded cheese (Gouda, Samsoe, and Steppen cheeses). When you cut the hamburg with chopsticks, gooey cheese overflows from within. Why not satisfy your cheese love with this product, where the hamburg is enveloped in cheese both inside and out? This year, the amount of cheese has been increased compared to our conventional products, making it even more powerful.

●Melty Cheese Hamburg Dish This irresistible dish features the most popular classic "Cheese Hamburg Dish" at Bikkuri Donkey, topped with a rich yellow cheese sauce, offering a delightful melty cheese experience. The hamburg, covered entirely in yellow cheese sauce, allows you to savor the rich umami and flavor of cheese to your heart's content. Its visually appealing appearance and rich aroma are sure to stimulate your appetite.
