Bikkuri Donkey's Grand Menu Renewed! New Menu Items Appearing from Wednesday, April 8th - New Products Added from Steak Menus to Salads and Desserts

Alef Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Sapporo, Hokkaido; President: Dai Shoji) is renewing the grand menu of its hamburger restaurant "Bikkuri Donkey" starting Wednesday, April 8, 2026.

To coincide with the start of the new fiscal year, we want more people to enjoy Bikkuri Donkey, so we have enhanced the grand menu with new items. You can now choose from a more diverse range of hamburg steaks, salads, and dessert menus.

Eight new items are being added to the grand menu as standard offerings, including the "Light Set," "Garlic Chicken & Hamburg Steak," "Garlic Chicken Steak," "Negi-Shio Salad," and "Coffee Parfait."

With a more fulfilling lineup, offering an even wider range of menu options and combinations than before, please enjoy Bikkuri Donkey's new menu with your family and friends, both in-store and at home.

● Light Set (Regular, Cheese, Egg, Pineapple, Oroshiso)

Enjoy a hamburg steak dish casually with a small hamburg steak, a modest amount of rice, and salad. It comes with soup (beef consommé soup or miso soup) and a Hokkaido Mini Soft Serve. The Hokkaido Mini Soft Serve can be exchanged for a drink of your choice.

● Garlic Chicken & Hamburg Steak

A combination of fragrant garlic-flavored chicken steak and hamburg steak.

※ Please cut the meat into easy-to-eat pieces and chew well before consuming.

● Garlic Chicken Steak

This chicken steak is grilled to a crisp on the outside and juicy on the inside. Its mild garlic flavor pairs well with rice.

● Negi-Shio Salad

A salad combining cucumber, vitamin daikon radish, wakame seaweed, and green onions, served with crunchy shrimp crackers and Korean seaweed. Gently tossed with a fragrant green onion and salt dressing.

● Aurora Shrimp & Potato

Shrimp and french fries tossed in our original aurora sauce. You can also choose the classic tomato sauce and original mayonnaise type.

● Coffee Parfait

A slightly luxurious parfait combining smooth, milky Hokkaido soft-serve ice cream, coffee jelly made with our own roasted blend coffee, and custard-style vanilla ice cream.

● Cinnamon Roll

A dessert-style cinnamon roll with a rich cinnamon aroma, complemented by a moderately sweet whipped cream. It can be enjoyed as a dessert or for breakfast.

● Cinnamon Roll Coffee Set

A set that includes a cinnamon roll and Bikkuri Donkey's meticulously roasted coffee.
