Beyondge Inc. (Representative Director: Takatoshi Nogami, hereinafter "Beyondge") has jointly established "AntAI Co., Ltd." (Read: Anto Eai, Representative Director: Takuya Ishikawa, hereinafter "AntAI") with serial entrepreneur Takuya Ishikawa on March 31, 2026. AntAI, with the mission of "Ending tasks with AI ─ Embedding AI in every detail, freeing humans from tasks," will develop its business along three axes: AI implementation consulting, development of industry-specific AI agents, and development of micro AI agents. In the rapidly expanding AI agent market, the company aims to create an economic sphere where "countless small AIs" collaborate to optimize every niche.

Against the backdrop of the rapid development of generative AI, global attention is increasingly focused on "AI agents" that autonomously execute and make decisions. The global AI agent market size is expected to expand from approximately US$8.29 billion in 2025 to approximately US$12.06 billion in 2026 (CAGR of about 45.5%), and is projected to exceed US$50 billion by 2030.

In Japan as well, as AI utilization accelerates in various industries such as manufacturing, logistics, finance, healthcare, food service, and accommodation, the demand for "industry-specific AI agents" that can be seamlessly integrated into existing business processes is rapidly increasing.
