Pre-sales start on June 12, 2026, at NICE WEATHER lifestyle select shops, with general sales starting on June 19. Priced at 7,150 yen (tax incl.), this collaboration adds illustrator Jun Oson's whimsical artwork to SPEXTRUM's signature 'FLAPPER TISSUE' vertical self-standing tissue case. Drawing a tissue creates a charming motion, making the paper look like a fluttering skirt, adding humor and art to daily life. Two designs are available: 'Hirari,' expressing a light fluttering skirt movement with a pop, nihilistic worldview, and 'Yurari,' offering a gentle breeze-like vibe that serves as a soft accent for interiors. Jun Oson (b. 1979) is a Kamakura-based artist known for his pop character style active globally in animation, advertising, and goods.
