The 'BEST OF CONDOMINIUM 2026' contest, organized by Keisuke Sakakibara (private lodging expert) and Natsuki Tajiri (vacation rental expert) of Minpaku Kakumei Co., Ltd., was held on February 23, 2026, at Makuhari Messe, alongside the 'BEST OF MINPAKU 2026'. Many visitors attended the 'Minpaku EXPO JAPAN 2026' and the 'Minpaku Grand Seminar' held over three days from February 21 to 23, 2026, to experience the forefront of the tourism and lodging industry. 'BEST OF MINPAKU 2026' honors facilities that provide the best lodging experiences in Japan, aiming to improve the image of private lodging and promote industry development. Out of 1,495 entries nationwide, 'eni.suite macchamachi' in Chuo-ku, Osaka, was crowned the winner of 'BEST OF CONDOMINIUM'. The facility offers a luxurious, private, full-floor experience with excellent access to Shinsaibashi and Namba. A highlight is the unique 'Tsubo-buro' (pot bath) made of Shigaraki ware, providing a relaxing bathing experience. The facility also features three separate bedrooms to ensure privacy and comfort for guests.
