'BEST OF MINPAKU 2026' Beginner Category Winner! KOTO Villa in Kagawa Prefecture Awarded First Place

Many visitors attended the simultaneously held 'Minpaku EXPO JAPAN 2026' and 'Minpaku Grand Seminar' from February 21 to 23, experiencing the forefront of the tourism and lodging industry. The contest aims to promote facility appeal, improve the image of vacation rentals, and foster industry development. Out of 1,495 entries nationwide, 'KOTO Villa' in Kotohira, Kagawa, won the Beginner Category. The facility is highly regarded as a successful model for beginners, featuring child-friendly indoor play areas and a design that turns the stay itself into an activity. It can accommodate up to 10 guests, making it ideal for families and groups. The facility's success lies in its clear target setting, experiential design, and a highly replicable management model.
