"BEST OF MINPAKU 2026" Sublease Division 1st Place Decided! "Konjaku-So Osaka Tenpozan - Takatoro -" / Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture Wins "BEST OF SUBLEASE MINPAKU"

Minpaku Kakumei Inc., organized by Keisuke Sakakibara (private lodging expert) and Natsuki Tajiri (villa expert), held the "BEST OF SUBLEASE MINPAKU 2026" contest, which determines Japan's best sublease private lodging, on February 23, 2026, at Makuhari Messe.

Also, as a venue to experience the forefront of the tourism and accommodation industry, including the latest private lodging, rental villas, and glamping, many visitors attended the concurrently held "Minpaku EXPO JAPAN 2026" and "Minpaku Grand Seminar" for three days from February 21 to February 23, 2026.

"BEST OF SUBLEASE MINPAKU" is held concurrently with "BEST OF MINPAKU," a contest that recognizes accommodation facilities offering the best lodging experience in Japan. It is the title awarded to the first-place winner in its sublease division.

"BEST OF MINPAKU 2026" and "BEST OF SUBLEASE MINPAKU 2026" aim to widely disseminate the appeal of facilities, improve the image of private lodging, strengthen customer attraction, and promote the overall development of the private lodging industry and exchange among operators.

"BEST OF MINPAKU 2026," which determines Japan's best private lodging, rental villas, glamping, and campsites, saw 1,495 facilities from across the country enter, and the Grand Prix was decided. In its sublease division, "BEST OF SUBLEASE MINPAKU," "Konjaku-So Osaka Tenpozan - Takatoro -" brilliantly won "BEST OF SAUNA STAY 2026" among facilities that operate private lodging and rental villas by renting properties nationwide.

In "BEST OF SUBLEASE MINPAKU 2026," entries were solicited from sublease-type private lodging that "utilizes without owning" properties nationwide, and on-site voting and website voting were conducted. Today, the top 10 facilities with the most votes were decided.

Accommodations that skillfully utilize rental properties and operate while facing owners, management companies, and local communities gathered. Their planning ability, negotiation skills, and operational capabilities under limited conditions, as well as location selection, interior design, and the balance between profitability and quality, are filled with the ingenuity and execution unique to sublease operations.

"Konjaku-So Osaka Tenpozan - Takatoro - / Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture," which won first place in the "BEST OF SUBLEASE MINPAKU" sublease division, is an accommodation facility where guests can enjoy an extraordinary atmosphere like an exciting playground.
