New Bentayga Speed Finally Lands in Japan!

May 13, 2026 (Wednesday) – Bentley Motors Japan has commenced the introduction of the new Bentayga Speed into the Japanese market.

The new Bentayga Speed emerges as the performance flagship of Bentley's SUV lineup. It has evolved into the most powerful and dynamic SUV in Bentley's history.

The installed 4.0-liter V8 twin-turbo engine delivers a maximum output of 650PS and a maximum torque of 850Nm. It achieves 0-100km/h acceleration in 3.6 seconds and a top speed of 310km/h, surpassing the performance of previous W12-equipped models.

Furthermore, the new Bentayga Speed features significantly enhanced SPORT mode. Suspension damping stiffness has been increased by 15%, and a new ESC Dynamic mode has been adopted. This achieves high cornering performance, agility, and an unprecedented level of driver engagement for a Bentley SUV.

For vehicles equipped with carbon ceramic brakes, the ESC Dynamic mode also supports slip angle control and launch control during power-on. While maintaining Bentley's unique craftsmanship and comfort, it offers a more emotional driving experience.

The new Bentayga Speed also incorporates Bentley Dynamic Ride and All-Wheel Steering. It balances agility at low speeds with stability at high speeds, stepping into a new realm as a driver's SUV that transcends the boundaries of a luxury SUV.

With the introduction of the new Bentayga Speed into the Japanese market, Bentley will further strengthen its presence in the high-performance luxury SUV segment domestically.
