Announcement Regarding New Management Structure and Appointment of Executive Officers

Bengo4.com Inc. (Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, President and CEO, Lawyer: Taichiro Motoe; hereinafter "the Company") hereby announces its new management structure and executive officers, effective April 1, 2026, as detailed below.

In this organizational change, we have newly appointed two individuals as executive officers who have led the CloudSign and AI businesses on both the product and sales fronts. Additionally, two individuals who already oversee their respective domains as CLO (Chief Legal Officer) and CDO (Chief Data Officer) will also assume executive officer positions, transitioning to a new structure that more strongly integrates company-wide expertise directly into management.

Through this new management structure, we will strengthen our growth foundation and achieve sustainable business growth and greater contribution to society.

【Profile】

Graduated from Nagoya University.

At Works Applications Co., Ltd., he was involved in ERP development for large enterprises as an engineer and product manager. Subsequently, he served as a producer for AirREGI at Recruit Lifestyle Co., Ltd., and as head of SaaS business at Trabox Co., Ltd., before joining the Company in 2024. As Head of Legal Brain Development Department, he was responsible for the development of "Legal Brain," a legal-specialized AI platform technology, and also led the development of "Legal Brain Agent," a legal-specialized AI agent. He became Head of Product for the Legal Brain Business Division in January 2026 and will assume the position of Executive Officer in April 2026.

【Profile】

After experiencing sales management at an EC site production and EC consulting company, he joined the Company in October 2016. He was involved in launching web site production services for lawyers, product planning, and product marketing. In October 2019, he was appointed Head of Sales for the CloudSign Business Division, and as General Manager overseeing the Sales Department and Enterprise Business Department, he promoted the maximization of sales for the entire business division. He will assume the position of Executive Officer in April 2026.
