Notice of New Management Structure and Appointment of Executive Officers

Under the new structure, two individuals who have led the frontline in both product and sales within the CloudSign and AI businesses have been newly appointed as Executive Officers. As General Manager of the Legal Brain Development Department, he oversaw the development of "Legal Brain," a foundational AI technology specialized for law, and led the development of the legal-specialized AI agent "Legal Brain Agent."
