Analysis revealed that while 38 inquiries focused primarily on "pricing/quotes," cost confirmation was included in 258 cases categorized under topics like installation, lines, expansion, used equipment, and troubleshooting.

This survey was conducted to categorize the fact that anxiety surrounding business phone introduction stems not just from "unit prices," but from the difficulty of seeing the total cost, which includes installation, line costs, maintenance, and future expansion.

In an era where cost control is crucial, companies are prone to failure due to unseen installation or maintenance conditions.

Specific questions recorded include "How many units are needed?" (257 cases), "How much is the installation fee?" (123 cases), "What about lines?" (103 cases), and "Is it okay to use used equipment?" (91 cases).
