Nagoya's Golden Week to be Adorned with Belgian Beer! Belgian Beer Weekend 2026 Nagoya to be Held

The Belgian Beer Weekend Executive Committee will hold the Belgian Beer Weekend 2026 Nagoya (BBW Nagoya) for a record-breaking 17 days, from Friday, April 24 to Sunday, May 10, at Hisaya-odori Park's Edion Hisaya Plaza and Angel Plaza (Angel Plaza from April 28).

This year's BBW Nagoya, which has become a staple event for Nagoya's Golden Week, will feature 136 types of Belgian beer across 14 categories, with 21 types making their debut at BBW. Nagoya will offer the largest selection of Belgian beers among the six venues hosting the Belgian Beer Weekend this year.

For gourmet dishes to enjoy with Belgian beer, you can savor a variety of Belgian cuisine, including BBW's essential specialties like frites, fricandelles, and boulettes, as well as waffles loaded with toppings. Furthermore, new to BBW Nagoya this year are a sausage workshop booth and a cheese specialty booth, offering various flavors of sausages and cheeses that pair perfectly with Belgian beer. Be sure to try them!

□ Live Stage Featuring Two Belgian Artists and Domestic Artists

BBW Nagoya will liven up the venue with stage performances by two artists, Ramkot and Dressed Like Boys, who are active in Belgium and Europe, along with two DJs. Additionally, domestic artists will perform live on stage, mainly on weekend afternoons.

In addition to live music, the stage will host a variety of events, including talk shows by Belgian navigators on Belgian culture and tourism, quizzes, and games with prizes.
